In Sii (one of the biggest Polish IT outsourcing company) I was responsible for implementing DevOps culture and philosophy in both technical and non-technical teams.
I was automating deployments, implementing Continuous Feedback and feedback culture in an organisation. I was coaching and training teams in both technical and non-technical aspects. I was creating automated setups (including desktop apps), automating deployment of microservices and making generic processes.
I was working with management to fulfil the clients's needs to deliver the highest quality possible while maintaining agility.
In mBank (one of the greatest Polish banks) I was responsible for implementing DevOps culture and philosophy in both technical and non-technical teams. I'm coaching teams in communication, training them in remote teamwork and I'm working with management to let them spread the DevOps philosophy.
I was automating deployment of nearly 400 systems on multiple farms (including production), automating maintenance (certificates, user permissions, disk space etc.) for nearly 200 servers.
