What is DevOps?
As Wikipedia says: DevOps is a set of practices that combines software development (Dev) and information-technology operations (Ops) which aims to shorten the systems development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high software quality. In simple words – DevOps is a philosophy that brings together every branch from software development process – development, operations, testing and business. This collaboration creates unique chance to develop quicker, more stable code, shorten the time-to-market and reduce human errors by automating everyday activities. Everything that while providing proper communication and feedback culture.
What I do?
I consider DevOps as a merge of technical and communication skills. Since DevOps highly relies on people, communication, processes and tools – I prepare you and your client for change on both fields. I do audit and consultations, I develop tools and guide the development teams to let you have the best tools for your needs. I coach and train people, teams, management and organisations to communicate better to let you have the best results possible. Everything that is for the realization of your needs and demands to let you have the best result possible when it comes to code quality, quicker delivery, teamwork and the culture transformation.

Everything begins with a plan. Your needs meet the ideas of realization. Before any technical work I want you to have a full knowledge of how we can approach the transformation.

Development & Implementation
At this point - I develop or help to develop by leading or consulting the best way to implement anything behind the plan to reaching your goal. I do not always hold on to the plan - I inspect and adapt to changing conditions.
I physically develop or guide your units. I coach your teams, I listen and adapt to changing requirements. I want to give you the best tools possible, both when it comes to hard and soft skills.
I will report to you the level of progress of our plan. This way you will have full and transparent idea of how our plan is going.
Monitoring & Adaptation
The plan is finished. We inspect what we achieved, discuss it and see how we can improve it to meet changing conditions. We adapt the resolution to meet the company's cultural and organizational change.
